Donna Boyer has been our travel agent for several years and we’ve booked some amazing vacations through her business. Our most recent trip was an incredible 9 days in fabulous New Zealand—I don’t know how our experience could have been any better. Our trip was very enjoyable – Regent Seven Seas Splendor is truly luxurious. Our room was huge and had more storage space than we could use. We enjoyed the cruising and the ports we were able to visit. We were disappointed that 3 of our ports of call were cancelled due to high winds but understand that safety came first. Amazing thing was the winds and sea were rough, but the ship was so smooth.
There was plenty to do on board, but we weren’t really up for Trivial Pursuit or shuffleboard. The lectures on Putin were interesting and the nightly entertainment was very good. The food was incredible and way too much of it. I guess because we did so much walking, we both lost a few pounds but it's hard to imagine that with all the fabulous meals we over indulged. The service and staff on board were awesome. We highly recommend Regent Cruises (but think we will stick with river cruising from now on).
Thank you for all the careful planning you did. Everything you handled for us went smoothly.
We had a wonderful time and made it home in one piece with great memories of the Baltics.

I had an amazing experience working with Donna Boyer Cruise Planners! I went to South Africa through Donna Boyer Cruise Planners, and Donna made my trip planning experience a breeze! All I had to do was tell her where I wanted to go and she had itineraries for tours ready for me to look over to book my trip. She covered everything from booking flights, booking the tours, adding on any optional additional things I would like to do and all I had to do was say yes to the adventure! It was a great feeling knowing that I had the trip booked, and didn't have to worry about the hassle of coordinating anything at all. She took care of everything and was super responsive to any questions I may have! Donna was very detailed in everything throughout the process and had all my itinerary documents easily ready for me digitally through email as well as she mailed me a hard copy with a few things like luggage tags and a holder for my passport and other important documents that really came in handy with carrying my vaccine card and passport! She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best I could have! 10/10 customer service and quality of service! I am already looking forward to booking my next adventure with her! I just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time on our cruise and I wanted to thank you for everything you did. Jean had a great birthday!! We were worried about the size of the boat (and the amount of people), but everything was great and it exceeded our expectations. The vacation you helped us arrange to Paris and London and the cruise to the Canary Islands on Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas came off without a hitch. Your attention to detail was extremely helpful. And this cruise ship was amazing. We are veteran cruisers and the quality of the entertainment on board was simply phenomenal. From the full-length Broadway-quality production of Grease to performances by top rated tribute bands to the two ice shows put on by international skaters to the singing and dancing performances at street parties along the multilevel center atrium that stretched almost the entire length of this giant ship the whole experience was great. And the Canary Islands were truly great ports to visit. Perfect for a 30th anniversary celebration. Loved NYC. People were super friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the on/off bus for two days...gave wonderful views of city. Also, Gossip Girl tour was fun... got to see upper east side. Loved Central Park...and boat trip. Wicked was wonderful..would love to see more plays. Worth it cost wise to see Broadway play as seating and auditorium provided close seating. Hotel worked out well. Rooms were clean. Thank you! And thanks for being so diligent and caring in planning our trip to NYC!!

Donna Boyer and Cruise Planners were such a huge asset in putting together our recent trip to France and Italy.
She took care of all the complicated steps like coordinating travel originating from two different cities, but making sure we met up at the same time! The connections were great and a complete piece of cake. Our drivers were friendly and knowledgeable and the train from Paris to Torino was a great relaxing break during the busy trip.
Best of all, she found an amazing little hotel for us in the Montparnasse neighborhood in Paris. This place was so cute and charming and, at the same time, completely professional. It was truly a perfect Parisian experience, from our croissants in the morning to the gracious "bon soir" from the desk attendant each night. I would have ended up in a large chain hotel just because I didn't know any better; Donna found this gem in a safe neighborhood that gave us a wonderful home base during this facet of the trip.
I would happily trust her to arrange a future trip (and look forward to doing so!).
